Curriculum

Improvement and development comes first. NO MATTER WHAT LEVEL YOU THINK YOU ARE !

Why do we believe that improvement & development comes first ? Every player, be they a sub, a starter, an intramural player, a travel player, a HS freshmen player, a JV player, a HS league all-star, a college player, or an NBA, or WNBA player, needs to improve, in order to take the next step. The sub needs to improve to start, the starter needs to improve to be a league all-star, the league all-star needs to improve to become a college player. NBA or WNBA players need to improve to get more playing time.

Improvement & development comes first, for every player at every level who wants to get to the next level. Period. We work on the same basic fundamentals that great players like, Kobe Bryant, Diane Taurasi, Sue Bird, Dwayne Wade and LaBron James still work on.
